We created our VitalGuides for ourselves and our friends and family: to notate the best local favorites among any city’s hip, healthy destinations, from yoga studios to restaurants to airports. What started as a few Google Sheets emailed around has grown into the first healthy city guide series. We combine the expertise of local city curators with my own experience and knowledge as a dedicated health and travel journalist, to ensure we have our finger on the pulse of all that is hip and healthy in a given destination. 

As we continue to grow and add new cities and neighborhoods to our list, we realized that so much of our lives are now lived online and that we can share the concept of the VitalGuide beyond the city limits of our currently covered areas. So we wanted to share the Well + Away VitalGuide to the internet with you, whether you’re new to the world of Well + Away, or have been using our guides irl from the beginning.
